Set back on the Jefferson Health Campus, The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township is well-positioned to serve as a bridge between hospital and home. From admission to discharge, we take every step to ease our patients’ recovery process and ensure their comfort.

Our center is comprised of two buildings (one for subacute patients and the other geared primarily to long term care residents) connected via a tunnel, with an enclosed courtyard between them where all residents can enjoy quality time outdoors. Whether its our large and airy patient suites, the day room that opens up into a lush courtyard with healing gardens and waterfall, or our fine dining experience – we are proud to offer an array of amenities to enhance your comfort and quality of life.
