Upon discharge from the hospital, you are guaranteed ease of transfer to our center, and a level of clinical excellence that is underlined by our integral relationship with Jefferson Health.

Our immaculate and state-of-the-art facility boasts a newly constructed 79-bed subacute rehabilitation center dedicated to the short-term patient recovering from illness or surgery, and a 111-bed long term care building geared to those who require long-term nursing care.

Whether you’re facing cardiac, orthopedic or pulmonary issues, our dedicated subacute units offer cutting-edge post acute care and rehabilitation services with therapies delivered daily. The highest caliber of care is delivered by our multidisciplinary team of professionals, with the overarching goal of getting you home as quickly and safely as possible. Our two-story subacute building feature private subacute suites with large screen TVs and private telephones, and each floor has a kitchen and dining area open to both patients and visitors.
